About Our Pressure Washing and Cleaning Process
We use a balance of detergents that are designed to break down and remove mold, mildew, gum, and dirt on their own. Therefore, very little pressure is used for most cleaning applications. The chemical is sprayed on the surface, allowed a short dwell time to work, washed and then is rinsed off restoring your surface to it's natural clean beauty. Usually no more than 1800 PSI is used on most surfaces. Hot Water is essential when removing gum, oil, grease and other hard to remove stains.
Our machines are state of the art, adjustable to the particular cleaning project and have the capability of generating hot water and high pressures (3000-4000 PSI) if necessary. Most customers comment that their house and/or cleaning surface looks like it has been freshly painted after a cleaning.
Our roof cleaning method is a "no pressure" chemical cleaning process designed to safely clean without any roof damage. When cleaned properly by a qualified and experienced technician, the result will be a roof that looks new again.
First we apply a concrete cleaning solution to remove mold, mildew, dirt, gum, etc. from your driveway, sidewalks, pool deck, patio, concrete, etc. Second we use a concrete cleaning machine with hot water as needed. Finally we rinse. This cleaning process means a longer lasting - better looking job versus pressure washing with water only.

Commonly Asked Questions:
Will pressure cleaning my home harm or peel my paint? No, due to our cleaning process, equipment and experience this is not a problem. Exterior cleaning will actually help prolong your paint life by removing mold, mildew and other elements that are hard on your painted surfaces.
Will cleaning my roof harm my shingles? No (see roof cleaning process)
Will pressure washing damage my screens on my lanai/pool area? No. By cleaning your lanai or screen enclosures and having mold, mildew and algae removed - it will also help reduce algae growth in your pool. We can also remove pine needles from your screen enclosure.
Will cleaning my brick pavers remove the sand in grout lines as well as underneath? We use a surface cleaner that hits the surface on an angle instead of directly into cracks so not to remove sand from your pavers.
Will pressure cleaning damage or remove painted surfaces of pool deck? No (refer to our cleaning process)
Will cleaning harm my grass and landscaping? We rinse plants before, during and after cleaning and sometimes cover as needed. Each situation is different depending on the landscaping and plant materials. We will let you know what you can expect. This is why it's important to choose a reputable company.
Will my windows be left streaked? We use a rinsing agent to aid in leaving windows clean. Some spotting and streaking may occur, but most customers are happy with the results.
How often do I need to have this type of work done? In most cases once a year is sufficient on houses, screen enclosures, pool decks and driveways. Roofs can last between three to five years. The above depends on shade, weather and location. Pool decks and entryways can use spot cleaning in six months.
Can I do the work myself? If the proper detergents are not used to kill the mold/mildew, you can actually cause it to spread and it will reproduce quicker. Also, plants and grass can be killed or harmed if the proper detergents and methods are not used.
How to remove Acorn Stains from Driveway and Concrete. Every 3-4 years oak trees have what's called a "mast" year. That means the trees produce and drop a lot more acorns than normal. 2010 and 2011 will be our year. We have the proper detergents and experience to remove those annoying acorn stains. Pressure washing acorn stains with only water will not remove the tannins that cause the stain. So Give us a call when they stop falling. Also, watch your dog's, they seem to like these nut's and eating them will get them sick to their stomach.
